Introduction to Kanban

At the heart of the Toyota Production System is low-effort production control with Kanban. However, the procedure is only low-effort if rules are considered. This course reveals what these are.

In this introductory course in Kanban we clarify the following questions in 5 lessons:

• What to pay attention to, so that Kanban really works?
